The Saddletree Homeowners Association held their annual meeting in January. The 2011 Board of Directors were elected as follows:

President – Austin Miller
Vice President – Michael Reed
Secretary – Sherrie Rhoads
Treasurer – Jean Ann Snowbarger
Member at Large – Bev Williamson

2011 Status of Dues

Payment of dues should be made no later than May 1st. Dues payment should be sent to SaddleTree HOA at P.O. Box 798, Huntsville, AL 35804. Payments should not be placed in the mailbox labeled "SaddleTree" located beside the bridge entrance on Spicewood due to the possibility of weather damage or loss. To avoid additional legal fees for collection, dues are to be paid no later than May 1 of each year. As of this date all dues have not been paid for 2011.

Clean-up Day, Saturday, Sept. 10 @ 9:00 a.m. in the Common Area between Spicewood and Rosalie Ridge. Rain Date: Sat., Sept. 17

Neighborhood Picnic - Sunday, Sept. 25 at 1:00 p.m.- Held in the common area. Soft drinks, water, paper products, and meat dish (to be determined) will be provided. Each family is asked to bring an appetizer, side dish, or dessert to share with the group. The rain date has been set for the following Sunday, October 2.
